As always, Wiener Linien will once again ensure that all partygoers get to their New Year’s Eve celebrations and back home safely and reliably.

On December 31, all lines will operate according to the Saturday schedule during the day. In the morning, the New Year’s Eve Run may cause diversions or short-term route adjustments in the Ringstraße – Kai area. We kindly ask passengers to pay attention to announcements. On New Year’s Eve night, the subway lines will run as usual, with many tram and bus lines operating throughout the night. To meet high demand, numerous lines will also run at shorter intervals.
